I still like TigerDirect.com However, in 2005 with the changeover to the TigerDirect's rebate company, I had a bad experience. My rebate was inappropriately denied, and when I phoned to try to resolve the issue, I was treated very poorly. I will never bother using rebates from TigerDirect. If the price isn't low enough without the rebate, I will *then* buy elsewhere. I do still prefer TigerDirect, and still recommend people to them. I also relate my bad experience with their rebate company.
