Because of a dog with severe allergies; vet suggested a six-eight week regimen of nothing but one food source of just a protein and a carbohydrate source. We decided upon Dick Van Pattens "Natural Balance" Potato and duck, since this was a totally new food type for the dog. I searched for days for an internet site that carried the dry, canned and biscuits in that ONE variety. Living in a small town with no major stores nearby; I do the majority of my shopping online. Everywhere I looked the prices were high and because of the heavy weights, the shipping was VERY high.
I happened to find Jeffers Pet and was surprised to find that because of the lower prices on the products, the higher surcharge for weight still made it viable for me to order there rather than drive 20 or so miles to get it locally. Then, I received an email from Paypal stating that Jeffers had refunded my standard shipping charge because this was my first order. What a nice, unexpected and courteous thing for them to do.
The order arrived very quickly and very securely packaged. I was amazed at how fast it got here and was not expecting it to be that rapid. I highly recommend this store for high quality, great pricing, fast delivery and exemplary customer service.
