Join for free! A Ka-billion jobs listed! But what they don't tell you is that there are a million Ka-billion people applying for those jobs. I don't know whether to blame employers for being stupid enough to list a job on Monster.com or people like me who have wasted their time applying for the silly positions. I've been a member of Monster.com for over 3 months now, and I've had all five "job agents" restlessly searching for jobs every day. I've applied for thousands of job that I am truly qualified to do, hardly any of my Resumes have been noticed, it seems. The employers who requested that I send a Resume via email, either got swamped with tons of email, or they are just too rude to even say No Thanks!
But if you are looking to get scammed by work-at-home schemes, then Monster.com is your best bet. You'll get flooded with email promising you that you will be RICHER THAN BILL GATES!!!!! (note: the scams always use bold letters and a lot of CAPITAL LETTERS WITH LOADS OF!!!!!!!!!), This AMAZING program is ONLY US$99.95, but if you act now! It's ONLY US$45.00!! (less than half price!!!). TIRED OF THE OFFICE GRIND!!! BE YOUR OWN BOSS!!! EARN $$$$$$ HELPING THE GOVERNMENT RETURN UNCLAIMED MONEY!!!! Exactly how much money $$$$$$ is, I don't know. I guess it's twice as much as $$$, though. When I email them back and say: "If you promise that I'll make $$$$$$, then why can't I pay you the US$99.95 (oops US$45.00) out of my first $$$?" I never get a reply to my question. All I get is more email telling me I'd better hurry if I want to take advantage of this SUPER GREAT, FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL, SUPER DUPPER, ONCE IN A LIFE TIME OFFER!!!! time is running out.
It's easy to figure out why Monster.com would let these con artist prey on its members. It's called $$$$$$$ (not be confused with $$$). But just think, I could have been a super zillion-billion-air by now, and all it would have cost me was US$99.95 (golly, I missed out on the US$45.00 special offer(HALF PRICE!!!!) because I was too slow, shucks).
