I experienced a defect in the DVD burner that required a replacement. It was left to me to call the manufacturer to get a "defective confirmation code" which is probably just their RMA # before I could call TigerDirect to get their RA# and return the item. This seems an unnecessary thing to me. I also did not appreciate the "support person" trying to sell me other items, even before he gave me the RA# that I had called for.
