I cancelled my order and requested a refund. Instead of receiving the requested refund they sent me an e-mail telling me frieght would not be charged if I ordered something else. J&R Continued to stall! I immediately called them on phone again requesting my refund, and all they did was continue to stall and delaying my receipt of a as refund. Instead of doing as they said they would do and refunding my order as promised, it ended up costing me $46.00 in overdraft fees at my bank. I would NEVER order anything again at J&R. They are just liars!
