The worst, period

I admit, I was suckered by these "Online movie review" sites, before I realized that some were being paid to give positive reviews. I should have noticed, though, that REAL review sites - the ones that are actually written by customers who actually subscribed to the service for a few months or more - showed Intelliflix has being horrendous.
Intelliflix is simply the worst mail and online service (of any type) in existence. By far. Over 1/3 of the DVDs we received were broken, and I mean either split from spindle to edge or scratched to the point there was no mirror left. Oh, but it gets worse: They sometimes sent replacements, but then sent replacements of replacements.
They also sent a couple titles we didn't ask for.
Plus, Intelliflix makes no effort to make things right. It's bad enough to not be able to sit back and watch a movie that we were expecting because it was broken, but broken DVDs hold up your entire queue - Intelliflix will not send out the next item in your queue until you've returned both the damaged disc and the replacement(s).
Service was slow - the turn-around time, assuming you keep a DVD for one night, is a week. It took two days to clear a DVD out of our queue that was sent from a video store that was 5 minutes down the road. We had a three-at-a-time plan, and, on our best month, we got 10 DVDs that worked, that were what we actually asked for, and that weren't resends of resends.
We even tried to contact the corporate office, but they made no effort to correct the problems. Like their customer service, their corporate office will tell you how sorry they are and that they will try to fix the situation or make it up to you, and then never do a thing.
