Anywhere but eDiets

I signed up for eDiets which I found pretty good however another division of their company called eDiets Express has been a nightmare. They say that I ordered their service which is for them to ship out weekly a box of food at the cost of $169 each box. I did not order nor want this service. It makes no sense to me why I would. Anyway, shortly after signing up for their website access I get a large box delivered from eDiets, I refuse the shippment since I didn't order it and sign the delivery man's paperwork and don't think about it again. A few days later that same box is on my doorstep in 110 degree weather, I live in the desert. Well the food inside is rotten and so I call eDiets to see what is happening and they said that they don't have any processes in place to show when a shipment has been declined and that their website is misleading about this service however since I didn't call to cancel after the first shipment they will not refund my money. So they charged me for something I declined and didn't order and they charged me for the rotten food on my doorstep. They arogantly will not see my point of view. They expect me to be happy with a refund of one of the two shipments, both of which I didn't order. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Their customer service and ethics are about the worst I've ever seen.
