Buyer beware online or brick & mortar. I purchased a camera ($450 Sony digital) from here, Wolf Camera, and a 2-yr $120 replacement/service plan, after the camera was sent out 2x's at 6 weeks each for repair for the same problem, the camera broke a 3rd time (same problem all 3x's). I brought it in and it was sent out to be replaced (per their policy/contract). After 6 weeks, never heard from the store, I had to call them. They had the original camera and it appears to be working now. After the run-around and rarely a returned phone call for 2 more weeks (my camera has been out for repair more than 20 weeks out my less than 2 yrs of ownership). My $120 contract with them expires in July and personally, I feel this is what they are waiting for. I am still in the process of dealing with cust service which lacks SEVERELY and the corporate repair department which now all of sudden can only find 1 work order - yet both work repair orders and the original contract were copied and sent with the camera??? Horrible customer service all around!!! The $120 replacement plan would replace the product if it fell in a mud puddle and broke, yet the camera is defective and I'm having a horrible time getting them to follow through with their end of the contract. I WILL NEVER shop a store that you have to pay for customer service, like Wolf Camera - go to ABT, they stand behind the products they sell, because it is clear with my experience, no matter how much you pay for the contract, Wolf does not want to follow through with their end of it. MY ADVICE: AVOID SHOPPING HERE!!!
