over the period of two years I have sent in three rebate forms and I haven't recieved a rebate yet. I never recieved any thing (not even an explaination) of what was wrong or why it wasn't sent.(this was the first one,Oct. of last year. I sent the rebate form on the computer by certified mail. They e--mailed me that I didn't enclose the packing slip. I sent in the rebate for the security package that came with the computer and they e-mailed me my numbers didn't match and it was the wrong offer.
Their are about 15 offers on the list with the same name on them. How do you know which one is right? I think as long as I had documentation on the product, They could figure out which one was right or make the list easier to do. I won't buy from tiger direct again because of this.
