Cons: probably won't buy any more of his CD's because of Suncom

We signed up with Suncom when they were fairly new and took advantage of a good deal they were offering. You get what you pay for.
Customer service is a joke with these guys. I set up our service over the phone and said yes to nights and weekends, after a lengthy discussion about it. Only to find out after receiving a $500 bill that we didn't get nights and weekends. I asked them to review the recording, which they say they make when you "sign" a contract over the phone and they said they couldn't do that.
Months later we changed our plan and where given the new monthly charge only to get our bill with a different, higher charge on it. Again, I called and asked that they review the recording, with the same answer as before from them.
If you get worried about your minute usage, you can't call customer service, as they are completely unable/unwilling to tell you what you've used so far. To get that info you have to pay $3 extra a month for a detailed billing statement which you view online.
The advertising campaign about "truth in wireless", taxes and fees included in your monthly fee.....wait till you get your first bill....
Service is among the worst I've ever used also, quality is sketchy at best and coverage stinks.
If you're looking for a new cell phone company, look elsewhere!!
We're just waiting for the contract to expire so we can go back to Verizon.
