The merchant should update the website to reflect the current model of boot matches the description on the website. The Store had the Correct Boot (and model #) but the Wrong Description of the boot on its website. I found this only by going to the Manufacturer's website(Bates). The person I talked to at the Uniform Boot Store basically Read the Description from the Website. He had no other info to go by about the boot and didn't even suggest the maufacturer's website for further info. I tried three other online merchants besides the Uniform Boot Store during this process, Luckily for Me and the Uniform Boot Store, I found them here at UBS. They had them In Stock, their Price was the Lowest, and they offered Free Shipping! Although it took me about 2 hours to do the research, I am Satisfied with my purchase. Thank You!
