I have made several purchases on Zappos, but the last one left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will not be purchasing from them again. They sent me a pair of Born Somali clogs that were clearly defective. I returned them and re-ordered the same pair. 9 days after my return Zappos had not processed the return or credited my account. I sent them an e-mail inquiring about the status of my return and letting them know that if my card had not been credited by the time I got the statement, I would not be paying for the returned defective items (only for the re-ordered items). Zappos response: "if you initiate a chargeback we will be forced to close you account and ask that you shop with another online retailer". Yeap. Good customer service, huh? So I responded to their e-mail confirming that I would be doing exactly that. Don't buy from them!!!!!
