Ordinarily, I write lengthy reviews that attempt to cover each aspect of the product. However, this product isn't worth the length.

In legal terminology, a product carries something called an implied warranty of merchantability. That means that the product is fit for the purpose that it claims to be. In other words, if you buy a lightbulb, it must illuminate.

This "shaver," if I can call it that, does not meet that implied warranty of merchantability.

I took the bodygroom out of the box, charged it for the required 8 hours and attempted to shave various areas of body hair. I couldn't even make it through the first section. The shaver pulls, tugs, and does just about everything but cut.

I took a closer look at the unit, hoping to find damage or something not working properly. Unfortunately, it's just a terrible product. Furthermore, because the shaver heads are flush with the surface of the rest of the shaver assembly, you can't even use the edges to trim (like you could with a sideburn trimmer on a men's electric razor).

As you can imagine, I was a bit astonished. The ONLY purpose of a shaver is to cut hair. There were no other features, so at this point, I would give this product zero stars, and advise anyone reading this to avoid wasting their money.
