SENT ME A USED-BROKEN MACHINE-LIED ABOUT ITEM--Will be contacting my credit card company today and the Better Business Bureau..SENT ME A USED-BROKEN MACHINE...Horrible Company-BUYER BEWARE- THEY WILL NOT RETURN OR REFUND ANYTHING..EVEN FAULTY ITEMS!!!. I bought a convection oven from them, they misrepresented item (told me I could cook a TURKEY in this tiny thing!! said it was the largest they had) then they would not refund my money when I first received the package, I didn't even open it, I knew it was too small for what I wanted. It got worse, since they would not refund the item, I knew I was gaffed, so I opened the package. The first thing I noticed was that the unit was SCRATCHED. The next thing I noticed was that on the first page of the manual, there was BLOOD or CHOCOLATE or something!!!They sold me a "NEW" item that was obviously USED. I am so furious. "
