Thanks so much, I hear sooo much about Manuel Antonio that I was doubting Tamarindo even though a short trip and flying into Liberia. Thanks!

seem to me to mean "the good life"--the pure as in purely pleasureable.

I'm a fan of Manuel Antonio National Park--not only great beaches but where I saw three different kinds of monkeys in a little over an hour (the hour before the sun set). I thought it and Carara were "dry forests" and that "rain forests" are only on the Caribbean side.
