Eyebrow WisdomDec 06 '01 Write an essay on this topic. The Bottom Line Tweezing or tweezing/waxing is less likely to leave you with break outs. I have my brows professionally arched. To keep them up, I tweeze a bit between professional visits. I have very sensitive skin, and usually break out after waxing -- which is the way most aestheticians do brows. The best experience I've had with brows is a technician who carefully tweezed most of the brow, and only used wax on small portions of the brow. Granted, this method takes longer, and my tech was the most expensive professional in the shop ($60 for both brows) But my brows looked good, and I left with no break outs. If you find you break out after waxing, and you need a nice face for a special event, consider tweezing yourself, or going to a pro who tweezes, or tweezes and only waxes a little. You'll be happy with the result, and may never submit your face to plain waxing again! |
