Disorganized and Disastrous

I have never seen such a mess like WorldCom Wireless in my life! I can't believe a large and established company allows such a sloppy operation to continue. I once went six months without receiving a bill, and when you get one, it is always full of mistakes. Calling customer service always involves at least 45 minutes on hold, not to mention calling several different numbers and being transferred several times. They can't even establish when my contract is over-they keep telling me I have months left when it should have expired already. Definitely not worth the hassle for the free phone they give you. If I get out of this contract ever, I'm switching to Verizon Wireless.
