If your afraid stay home , if you love to travel ....Dec 09 '01 Write an essay on this topic.The Bottom Line Go , travel and ,live ! If you are afraid to travel because of all the issues that face the world wake up! We have lived this most of our lives and did not realize it. Spending 20 years in the military and traveling to many places Korea is one of the safest that I have traveled to. Not once but twice! The people are friendly but busy just like Americans. The problem that we have is that we fear the unknown. Well my friend I am here to tell you that I have traveled in Korea freely and never ever had a bit of trouble. When I was lost I asked people until I found one that spoke English. Before you travel always brush up on your conversational lanauge and then Go !!!!! Young Koreans are very studious individuals who either are in some form of college or school. They study to be the best an I fell in love with their drive to be the best. The bus system , the train system and planes are English friendly so no problem lyes there. My recommendation is Go, And in the winter for you snow lovers that is the place to be. Its cold and very snowy. Here is my final advice Go Experience life ,travel and forget about the problems of terror.  |
