I purchased 2 mini blinds from Blinds.com. I couldn't find the size I needed in stores so I looked online for awhile and came across Blinds.com which seemed to be the cheapest. Customer Service is great, I e-mailed them regarding my order and got a response only a few hours later. The shipping was slow, but it was free. When I ordered them they told me it would be about 5 days to cut them and then they would send them out- that didn't happen. I got an e-mail telling me they were taking inventory and that it would be another couple of days before they were shipped. It took me about 2 1/2 weeks to finally receive these blinds, but let me add that on the website it states clearly that things like that come up and they can not guarantee a delivery date. The blinds arrived and they were packaged perfectly. The color was perfect and just like the picture. I hung up the first one no problem but had a bit of trouble with the second one. It was not cut short enough- I measured my windows to make sure I placed the order correctly, I did. Fortunately I was able to put them up with a little more work. They look wonderful. I would buy from them again, they're cheap, the shipping is free, the blinds are great quality and the customer service is wonderful.
