Having given American Blind and Wallpaper at least three different opportunities to create a satisfied customer I am sorry to say that they have failed each time. Over the last few years I have tried to purchase wallpaper. Each of the last three times after ordering the paper I am told about a week later that the paper has been discontinued. This has happened even after they have sent samples of the paper.
My latest disaster was sending close to $1000 for paper only to find out via bizarre cryptic telephone messages that the paper was delayed, or discontinued. Finally after almost a month I called and was told by a live Customer service person (after 15+ minutes on hold) that 2 patterns were discontinued and the other 2 would be available 2 months into the future.
I have just had to call yet again to receive the total amount of my refund over 2 months after I placed the order and they received payment.
You'd think after the first two times I would have realized that this company cannot deliver (literally) and has poor customer service. Third times a charm, and I will not order from them again, and suggest that you find an alternate source for wallpaper also.
