Beach has great service, selection, price, UPS dropped the ball

I ordered a camcorder battery from Beach Audio's website on Sunday, July 2, to be sent UPS Ground. Even allowing for the 4-day holiday weekend, it came amazingly quickly (Friday, July 7). Price was great; cost of battery and shipping came to $25.00, two-thirds of what I would have paid at the few bricks-and-mortar stores that still carry this battery. UPS was the weak link in the whole process. Their delivery person is apparently armless; he neither rang the bell nor knocked on the door, even though I was home waiting for him. I had to go down to their package pickup center that evening and wait 2 and a half hours to pick up my package. Beach Audio, switch shippers! UPS is garbage!
