I could note how bizzare it is that someone who tolerates Blink-182 and American Hi-Fi feels justified to diss Blur, but oh well, taste cannot be argued :)
I never even heard "Soul Singing"...brappy European radio.

Especially loved the Aerosmith rant. If they continue to sound like this without drugs and alcohol (and perform alongside the worst of pop), it's definately time to fall off the wagon!

I only discovered Lambchops about 6 weeks ago...I wasn't reading, rating or writing very much at all there for quite a while...I had to step back for a while and decide a couple of things
1)Did I still want to write?
2)If I did, was I doing it for money or for fun?
Too many times it seemed I did things for money, now I'm doing it because I truly love to write, especially about music.

You are right on the money about all of this. Wes leaving the band is one of the best moves I've heard about in a long time. A true talent surrounded by lame ducks.
Michelle Branch and Ani delivered the goods, too bad they don't get the attention they deserve. Instead Britney and boy groups rule TRL, the radio and the charts.
Hopefully some of the things you mentioned here will actually come true.
And you just discovered lambchops? I was onto chops months ago, I'm surprised you just came across her recently. She really comes across in her writing, very much like kristinafh and a few others.
