I recently ordered over $450 worth of bedding from this company and I have several complaints. To start they were suppose to give free shipping on all orders over $99. I never received a rebate or a credit of any kind. I paid full shipping. Fine... if it would have ended there I may have used them again b/c of the quality of their merchandise. The next problem I encountered was that my credit card had been charged for my order but I never recieved any type of confirmation from the company. I wanted to find out my confirmation # and get my tracking # for the shipment like their site advertised. After 3 days of sending e-mails and calling, leaving message after message being prompted by an automated person at least 5(+) times a day I finally reached a live operator. He was very nice and gave me my order number yet when I asked about the fast 2 week guarenteed shipping on the brand of bedding I had purchased he started to stutter. He said I would receive my package 3 to 5 days after the order was shipped. But the way he said it I knew something was wrong. I asked him when my order was shipped out. He said it hasnt been. That it would take 3-5 weeks for the order to leave his company from that date. He informed me that I would receive a tracking # from UPS via e-mail when my order was shipped. Keep in mind, the date I spoke with him it had already been 5 days since the order was placed. So now you may as well say that the 3-5 weeks from the date I spoke with him could be considered 6. As of now it has been 3 weeks and still no tracking # from UPS or DREAMTIMEBABY. I am very displeased with their services. It seemes as if they try to mis-lead the customer and that they have false advertisement. Their shipping policies are also awful. DO NOT order from this company unless you have a lot of time to waste.
