Placed an order on 7/3 and began calling about order on 7/13. I was told that order shipped 7/7 and to wait until 7/17 before calling back. No delivery. Called back today, 7/18. I finally got through after 11 attempts. All of the calls were dropped while waiting on "hold". Was told item was backordered and it would be shipped 1 week after order date. I told her that date was over a week ago. She corrected herself and said that it could take 2-3 weeks after order date to ship. So I should wait another week for shipment. I told her that I could not wait that long and would like to cancel the order and receive a refund. (My credit card was charged on the date the order was placed). She said that a supervisor had to okay a refund and he would call me back sometime this WEEK. Needless to say, I submitted a dispute report with my credit card company to get the funds returned. A little research shows AmericaRx has a long history of wrong merchandise shipped, broken promises, busy customer service lines, dropped calls, emails and customer calls not returned, the list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor and avoid this so-called business like the plague.
