Helpful customer service, canceled my out-of-stock order promptly

UPDATE (8/3):
I wanted to note that I actually did receive a full refund on my canceled order as well. Took about 2-3 days for it to show up on my card but they actually issued it right away.
UPDATE (7/24):
Actually, I used to have this review entitled "Bait and switch - not worth the hassle" but I changed my mind. Here's what happened since my last post:
I called them today to cancel this order and left a message, assuming that I'd never hear from them. However, they did call me back within the hour and the customer service rep was super nice and helpful. He told me that the Adobe suite was actually complete full version but Macromedia's portion (Studio) was on backorder, so they were just replacing that. I had them cancel it anyway, just because I really do want the current versions, not upgrades, and they did in fact cancel it. Got an email to that effect within the hour.
I told him that I thought it was annoying and not acceptable for them to just swap out a product without my consent, and he agreed and apologized. Their rationale, he said, was that it was in fact essentially the same product and if they waited for me to confirm I might not get the order as quickly. Fair enough.

I also experienced the bait-and-switch. I ordered the Full Version of Adobe Creative Suite 2.0 Premium plus Studio 8.0 (for Windows) but by the end of the day I had received an email informing me that:
"Currently we are out of stock on part number 38019075 (Creative Suite 2.0 Premium plus Studio 8.0 (for Windows)). In order to keep our customers satisfied by getting them the software they need right away we are shipping a prior qualifying product and the upgrade to the full version of Creative Suite 2.0 Premium plus Studio 8.0 (for Windows) that you ordered. The package shipped will have detailed instructions on how to install the software. The loading procedures are straightforward and will take a just a few extra moments to load. The loading procedure will either ask for you to insert a CD ROM or a Serial Number for the prior version that we are sending. You will not have to install the previous version.
Please rest assured that you will have a full working version of Creative Suite 2.0 Premium plus Studio 8.0 (for Windows) that can be registered and activated with the manufacturer.
We will include a free gift with your order as well as free Fed Ex Air shipping."
I contacted them (by phone and email) asking them not to ship the product, but since it was after the end of the day, my guess is that it will go out anyway and I'll have to deal with a return or an unofficial version, like everyone else here. Should have read the forums first.
I'll post an update later with the outcome of my experience.
