I am familiar with some of these Russian dishes, but not others. The Tobacco Chicken sounds very interesting.

Even I could've never said better.

Agreed on every single point. I'm not all that crazy about [Russian] Georgian wines. Though I'm not all too keen on Sovetskoye as well... Alas! Fabulous review.

... plenty of info here. One point, you might want to consider breaking your articles into smaller paragraphs as it makes the reviews easier to read.
