Given up on receiving furniture, but not on refund!

I purchased a bunkbed from Bedroom Furniture Direct. The website said 3 weeks shipping max. I called customer service to make sure the bed was in stock and ready to ship. After a month without receipt, I started calling customer service. A few calls later they told me the bed was lost in shipping and they did not have a bed in stock. They would order another from the manufacturer. They kept extending their receipt dates. Finally after three months, I gave up and asked for a refund. At first I was told I could not receive a refund since it was shipped to me originally. A manager finally agreed to give me a full refund. However, a month later I still have not received the refund. They are always looking into it.
Update: Finally received full refund. Want to summarize that I understand "stuff" happens, however I decided to write a negative review because of the amount of effort required on my part, which I deem excessive, to stay on top of the status of my order and refund. Stay vigilant if you decide to buy from this company!
