Ordered a three year renewal of Trains Magazine from MagsOnTheNet.com in Feb. 2005. After one year the magazine quit coming. Called the publisher and they only had record of a one year renewal. E-mailed MagsOnTheNet.com. They said that they had "accidentally" entered a one year renewal instead of a three year renewal. They said they had already contacted the publisher and I would be be getting the rest of my subscription ASAP. Called the publisher several weeks later. They had no record of being contacted by MagsOnTheNet.com and my subscription was still shown as being expired. Have gone thru this same scenario every month for four months now. I don't believe that MagsOnTheNet ever attempted to correct the problem nor do they have any intention of doing so despite the lies they e-mail me every month. To complicate things MagsOnTheNet apparently uses a reputable middleman (Superior Plan) for some of their transactions which makes it more difficult for the publisher to trace the problem back to the source. I work for the US Postal Service so I have reported this company to my friends in the USPS Inspection Service and have started to fill out the paperwork to get a refund from my credit card company. Don't let up on this company. They hope you will get discouraged and just give up. With me they have screwed the wrong person.
