Contact the NYS Attorney General's office. Call 518-474-7330, which is their executive office, and ask to speak with someone in Consumer Fraud Bureau regarding internet fraud. I've filed my complaint. File one, too. The more complaints they have the better it will be for all those who have been scammed by them.

Hi, I have had the same problem with this company.

I ordered dog fancy for 2 years, and only got only year in 2005. Then i got a renewal, in feb 2006 and without thinking I ordered 2 years. You guessed it, I get only 1 year. This company now owes me 2 years. I have reported them to the better business bureau, and they sent me an email they would fix the problem. guess what they have done nothing. I just contacted the better business bureau to tell this. I have also spoken the the company superior who also gives me the run around. also dog fancy tells me they have no right to sell their magazine.

I filled out a Cardholder Dispute form with my credit union and my account was credited with a full refund. Two weeks later MagsOnTheNet.com fraudulantly debited the money back out of my checking account without authorization or even extending my subscrption for the full three years that I was supposed to receive.
