Nightmare!

Im not sure even where to start this review as there were so many problems with my simple order, its hard to believe.
I found the winkflash service while looking to print some gallery stretched canvas items. The prices looked reasonable despite their limited selection of sizes.
I had a few questions and emailed customer service. Days went by and no answer. Several follow up emails resulted in short responses that never really answered my questions. I shouldn't have stopped right there but I suppose I was optimistic and went on.
I prepared my files as per the instructions of winkflash for upload. After some major technical difficulties on their part, I finally got the files uploaded and ordered.
Quite a period of time passes before I realize Im still waiting for my canvases despite their speedy delivery promise. But finally the big box is here and I can't wait to see the final product!
one word: LACKLUSTER
The print quality was terrible....the color was much lighter than it should have been, the color shifting was severe (green where should have been blue; white where it should have been cream, etc..). In addition to that, the canvases have been stapled to the stretcher frame CROOKED! How could they have sent out such a shoddy quality product?
I quickly email them to tell my issues hoping they would at the very least offer to reprint if not refund my order. Not only did they not do so but they informed me I would have to send these large items back at my own expense before they would consider any restitution.
I've never seen such terrible customer service in an industry where their services are a dime a dozen. There are many other companies that can do what they do for the same low price but at high quality while treating their patrons with respect.
I should have seen the signs but never again.
