Foil != Blade

Both work: my face gets smooth. Foil is accurate but noisy and messier. But rotary takes longer and refuses to cut where I want. In the end, I chose foil.Return to opinion

To say foil or rotary is better than the other for EVERYONE is false. It depends on people's skin, and what works for THEM.
