I picked up this pad setup because I do alot of graphics, to tell you the truth, they are in between actually using a pen and a mouse. The problem here, the casing around the pen just crumbled. I returned it, 24 hours later same thing happened. It's a good unit as long as you don't put any pressure on it otherwise it will fall apart in my hand. I have duct tape holding mine together now after 2 months of use.

I'd recommend getting one from another manufacturer. These guys have a mouse that comes with it, it's collecting alot of dust since it just doesn't work like a real mouse, you have to cross a football field on the pad to go from one side of the screen to the other.

Product email support doesn't exist so don't bother emailing these guys.
