As a resident, I can recommend one tiny thing about the Marriott Marquis- the restrooms on the 2nd floor. For residents or visitors not staying at this hotel, the restrooms here are the best in Times Square. So if you've spent a few hours waiting in line at TKTS for theatre tickets, then you go have a few drinks at O'Lunny's pub, the Marriott Marquis restrooms are a great place to visit before going to the theatre. The pub bathrooms are tiny and not very clean, the theatre will have too long a line, the Marriott Marquis is quiet, clean, and never has a line.
