You can use a Clie s320 with a Mac but you have to buy third party drivers called The Missing Sync. Also where's the TRGPro in your list? It certainly fits your price points and has a lot to offer.

If you're going to talk about ebay, then why not refurbs? Also, it is eminently doable to get an 8MB device on ebay for less than $100. In fact, it's difficult to find 2MB devices at all (there are some but the overwhelming majority of devices are 8MB).
