Cingular has the worst customer service. As I am writing this opinion, I have been sitting on the phone for 2 hours. My problem is very simple. My phone is not receiving a signal, and has not all day long. I wait for a 1/2 hour for someone who can't find the area code of (650), my phone numbers area code. He transfers me to a lady who finally finds my account, then says she will have to transfer me to tech. That was about an hour ago. I am not sure where customer service has gone, but this is the third time I have called, for a simple question and I have never been on the phone more in my entire life. Terrible service! Secondly, being with Sprint PCS in the past, you either had service or didn't have service on your phone. Cingular all digital service, is nothing more than cellular of the past, with ups and downs in service, truly digital, not like Sprint I suspect.
