Good merchandise, but hard to return. Can't take to store.

I ordered two teak tables and 8 chairs from Home Depot Online. The order was accurately taken, and the merchandise arrived in 10 days. Although the design was pleasing, the chairs comfortable and the materials well-chosen, it had been coated by either an oil or another substance that would cause it to weather unevenly so it wouldn't match other teak items in our yard. Home Depot Online agreed that since this was not included in the description, which had promised it would weather to silver, they would accept it back. Here the difficulty arose. (1) YOU CANNOT RETURN A HOME DEPOT ONLINE ITEM TO A HOME DEPOT STORE. (2) HOME DEPOT ONLINE USES OUTSIDE VENDORS FOR SHIPPING, AND HAVE NO CONTROL OVER OR RECORDS OF WHEN THE RETURN INFO IS SENT TO THE SHIPPER OR WHEN THEY MIGHT PICK IT UP. I called for return a week ago, and nothing has been done yet. I was told they would initiate it within 5 to 7 days, and that it might take up to 10 additional days to pick it up. The items take up my entire garage.
