Their website checkout process needs refinement. It crashes and errors too much. I had to order the boots 3 times to finally get the order to process. Also it states Fedex as a shipper but it tried to ship fedex home, which i wanted it shipped to a business address. They are NOT the same. When i called the company and told them on the phone about these issues, the rep on the phone gave me the impression that he didnt care.
