The experience was very quick and easy. I ordered the camera over the internet on a thursday afternoon and on friday at 10.30am the Ups man delivered the camera to my home. I've known of J&R Music reputation for years, this is the first time I have ordered from them and will do so in the future. J&R had the lowest price of this camera on the internet and there was no tax on this item.
