Nightmare - simply a Catch 22 nightmare

Somehow the address on my invoice and shipping label on a recent order was incorrect - UPS got the package got to me, the credit card company processed the charge, but because the address is incorrect on the invoice I can't get a rebate. Somehow the error was in the 4 orders I had with Tiger Direct, but never had a problem with obtaining my rebates. Now it has become an issue. Mike, a Tiger Direct call center supervisor, said that there is no way to fix this problem and if the customer makes any kind error then they won't do anything to help. So because of this I ended up spending $80 for a product advertised for $10. Fry's is so much better to deal with Tiger Direct. We all make mistakes, but at Tiger Direct you are the one who has to pay the consequences.
I wouldn't deal with Tiger Direct again and wouldn't recommend any else do.
