I'm intrigued that you are now working IN the cosmetics industry! Who better to share their knowledge with readers than YOU? I don't see it as a conflict of interest at all... in fact quite the opposite! You have knowledge that many of us may not know! There are a LOT of Mary Kay and Avon reps writing on Epinions, and I even know of a former clinique consultant writing!
Also, I can now add new products to the Beauty section, so I'd love to see you come back and write again :)
