First impressions after ordering a virtual dedicated server. It has been over 15 hours since I ordered the server and no server is setup yet. I received a phone call from the getting started team to help you get started with your new account and when I told him it was not setup yet he was shocked.
At 66.00 per month and I my renewal date is yesterday I am paying for services I have not got. I assumed that the account would be setup in nearly realtime and I could get up and running in just a few hours. Well Wrong... no place on the website did it say anything about setup taking along time but when you get your confirmation email it says 24 hours then once you go into my account and set things up it says 5 hours when you email support they say 72 hours.
Go Daddy which is it? It's been over 15 hours now and still no active hosting account.... I will update this review once I receive the services I paid for.
Now is is over 36 hours from my orginal order time and still no word on my account being setup I just emailed the president of the company at least the email he gives on this page about the company. Wonder what that will get me.
