After some years of happy shopping with UBid, I ran into a bad experience with them recently. It seems an expensive, European watch (Viceroy) I purchased at auction was a knock-off - a very poorly-made illegal copy. I brought it to their attention, simply requesting a refund and they have failed to even contact me about the matter.
