I ordered the Kalani Crib - in Snowflake White. It was a special package that the "matching" rails were included. It arrived in about a week. The rails/crib both had knicks from shipping and the rails were a totally different color of white (more yellow or antique white) than the crib. I called to see what could be done. The customer service is TERRIBLE at Minitots. There were no apologies, no offers to return/exchange. I could barely get out my complaint before they all but hung up on me. I felt as if I were totally on my own and was getting ripped off from this site. Finally, I got an answer back and all that was said was that the manufacturer said this is the color of the rails. No explanations, no offer to return, nothing!!! I finally decided it would be easier to keep the crib and deal with the knicks caused by shipping and paint the rails myself rather than have to deal with a return to this company (by the way, they never offered to return the item for free). I did after persuasion get them to give me an extra 10% off the order, but I'd never order from them again!!!
