I ordered tape cartridges, recieved used tapes (and not even the tapes i ordered), with someone else's data on them..Ask to return, no problem.. they gave me a RMA number, i sent back the packages, paid extra for receipt of package. Package has been returned to zoomtek, i got confirmation from delivery company.. I called to find out where my credit is, the company is saying that they did not receive my package.. every time i call, i get the same person for any option i take on there IVR system.

Im telling you not to order product from this company......
