I ordered the "Maple Sonoma Platform Captain's Bed" on 7/11. After two weeks one of two packages arrived. The other was lost somewhere in Canada. Telephone customer service is useless. BFD initially wanted me to wait two weeks to complete a UPS "trace". I emailed the CEO and said this unacceptable. BFD got back and agreed to ship a replacement "immediately". I was sent a UPS tracking number on 8/1. On 8/10 UPS said that the package was never presented for shipment. BFD offered to send *another* replacement. I declined and cancelled order. Now I have 100+ pounds of useless lumber sitting in my hall, six weeks after I originally placed my order.
