Best service I have EVER seen. I ordered the full product but after I placed the order (for Next Day PM delivery) I received an email informing that the part number was out of stock. But that they would ship the Upgrade version WITH a qualifying product. And just for having inconvenienced me they upgraded the shipping to Next Day AM for FREE. And they gave me two options for contacting them if that didn't work for me and I wanted to cancel the order.
So I got what I ordered, with FREE faster shipping, plus the extra older version of the product. I can guarantee that all future software purchases by my company will be through SoftwareMedia.com
