I must say based purely on this review, I feel as though I am obliged to divulge my fantasies and set forth to purchase a thong. Though I do not feel hearts best express the sentiment I would have during the usage of such a thong, your vivid descriptions of such fantastic engineering of undergarments are much appreciated.

I had to come and read this after seeing the photo of Nirav holding the thong and especially after seeing you wearing the thong on Robin's profile.
Absolutely hilarious write-up! I nearly choked on the "hate to be accused of rape" thing *groan* since I errr, do know where that came from and it made me roll my eyes back then (to say the least).
You did tell me more than I really wanted to know about your genitalia and the thong, but lordy help me I couldn't stop reading and then I had to hit "VH" even if it is technically "Off Topic" (sue me for my $0.03 in IS).

I found this site the other day while searching the net and then read your review on thong underwear for men. As a user of thong underwear I wanted to submit my opinion of thongs, Sure they take some getting used to(the wedgie effect), but after a while they just may become the only underwear that you would want to wear. My suggestion to all is that you try them yourself for awhile to determine your own opinion on thongs. Some Target stores carry a low cost pack of four cotton thongs that are very comfortable (solid colors only though). For you men out there that think that only gay men wear them, I have one thing to say. That old cliche sucks(pardon the pun). So give them a try, you just might like what you see.

This 'thong thing' has grabbed the very core of the heart of the meaning of the soul of epinions and I used to know who I was and how I fit into my niche here but now I am just very confused and I don't know what to do so I am just going to sit down (oops I already am) and take a few deep breaths.....

Terrific Epinion that is absolutely on-topic and helpful.
You know, this reminded me of a book that Andy Warhol wrote. I can't remember...no wait, I think it was "The Philosophy of Andy Warhol: From A to B and Back Again". In that book (I think I've got the right book, don't hold me to it, okay?) Warhol writes about picking out underwear: Jockey underwear as I recall. He asks the sales clerk lots of questions and (like your Epinion) it was funny.

Hmmm... I am really, really thinking about this... maybe "alternative uses" for a thong. As a tea cozy.. maybe not. As a sling shot... hmmm never tried it.
Maybe something about WHERE it was made? And then some details about the work conditions in the country of origin. Do they have thong unions? Are there thong clubs one can join? Is there a thong yahoo club?
Did you COMPARE prices? Did you check K-mart and asked some elderly lady there if they have thongs appropriate for calendar shoots? Wow.. now that I think about it... ts, ts, ts.... David! And to think I once LOVED you for your mind... now I'm reduced to ogling a calendar spread.

.....what we dancers have suffered through for YEARS. We have been wearing the ominously titled DANCE BELT for decades. The only difference is that the material it is made of is dangerously like a woman's foundation garment. After a few hours of rehearsal or a performance - well - whatever size and position you were in when you put the belt on - that's the size and position you are in when you take it off. And the backside is extremely uncomfortable. Next time you watch a dance performance - remember - the guys experiencing David's review - in spades....so to speak.

Ummm David, hi there. This is a very good review and I "hung" on every word :) I had been considering buying a thong a while ago, but decided against it since they are all shiny and stuff lol. The uncomfortable wedgies are also somewhat of a turn off. I don't find thongs super sexy but the thought of you in a thong kinda does a little something to me *wink* Anywho, I just wanted to say great review and even better details :)
