WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDER, ONLY WHAT THEY WANT TO SEND YOU!! I did just what they say on TV..."go to your favorite home decorating store and pick out what you what and order from us at great savings" So I picked out a Levolor 1304 blind, with little splotches of bright white, yellow and beige. Yes, they were about $40 cheaper on the two blinds I wanted. They took my order for the Levolor 1304 and sent me an invoice stating that I had ordered Levolor 1304. When my order arrived I discovered Kirsch blinds in a beige/brown tea stain pattern. When we emailed them with digital pictures of the sample out of the Levolor book in which I choose my Levolor blinds and a picture of the Kirch blind that arrived - THEY SENT ME ONE EMAIL STATING THAT IS WAS A COLOR VARIATION AND REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING!! I emailed them two more times with digital pictures of the Levolor blind I picked out in the store with a picture of the Kirsch blind that they sent me and stated that all I wanted was the Levolor blinds that I ordered but they have never emailed me again. I called the company twice trying to correct the problem, the customer service was sympathetic but unwilling to do anything, the girl said "Well, Levelor makes Kirsch." LIKE THAT WAS AN EXPLANATION! I insisted on speaking with a supervisor and was promised that a supervisor would call me at a certain time the next day. No one ever called. I am now pursuing a refund through my credit card company. It's been a month and I am still stuck with horrible blinds that don't go with the beautiful bathroom I just remodeled and out $350. This company uses deceptive sales practices. I order almost everything online, since I live in a rural area. I have ordered online for eight years and on the rare occasion that something was not right the companies I have dealt with always made it right.
