This is one of the best overviews I have read on the web about buying a baseball glove for your little leaguer. After reading this, I think I am satisfied that my 10-year-old is just fine with his current 10" glove, even if the coach occasionally sticks him in the outfield.

Outstanding (and in my case timely) review. My oldest son turned 4 in December and is showing an interest in tee-ball. We are planning to buy a glove this weekend. Your review is an excellent guide, many thanks!

Gloves vs. mitts, cow vs. steer hide, chrome vs. oil tanning. Who knew baseball gloves could be so interesting? Excellent review, as always.
