In Barolo's case, as far as I thought, Riserva Speciale should be a longer time in the barrel - requires at least 4 years in oak/chestnut barrels. However, you may be right - I'll ask someone who knows more than I do on the subject and in case you're correct I will make the appropriate changes.

that you indicate by quotation marks, or any other means, those passages which you are lifting from your research.

Incidentally, is it not 4 years of aging for a Riserva and 5 for a Riserva Speciale?
